Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

All sales of digital products at AI Playbook One are final.

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a download link has been issued or the file has been accessed.

EXCEPTIONS

We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following cases:

- The file you received is corrupt and cannot be opened, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of you contacting us.
- You were charged twice for the same product in error.
- You purchased the wrong product and have not yet downloaded it (contact us within 24 hours of purchase).

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please email aiplaybookone@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with:

- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback before contacting us is considered a violation of these terms and may result in a permanent ban from purchasing future products. We are happy to resolve any issue you have directly — please reach out first.
